Handstand Workshop for Crossfit

The handstand has become a crucial part of the sport. Develop your athletic potential and blast through PR’s, by applying a step by step system to learning handstands, exactly as needed in Crossfit.

In this 90 minute workshop, athletes of all levels will be taken through the following topics:

  • Developing the fundamentals, from prep to alignment
  • Nailing Handstand Walks by introducing weight transfer exercises
  • Deconstructing the Handstand Push-up to suit all levels
  • WOD style programming suggestions & planning

The workshop will end with a Crossfit style WOD to take all the pieces we have covered and put them all together.
