Intermediate Handstand Clinic for Crossfit

In this 2 hour workshop, participants who already feel comfortable on their hands will receive all the tools they need to take their handstands to the next level.

Emphasis will be on three topics:

  1. Correcting technique and alignment to make transitioning to more complex skills further down the line easier.
  2. Step by step progressions to nail the handstand push up off and on the rings.
  3. WOD style programming suggestions & planning

The session will end with a Crossfit style WOD to show you just how you can incorporate skill work into  your practice.
